Is it possible to open a bank account via the portal?

What are the highlights of this private banking portal?
The portraits of the investment advisors include videos and photo galleries produced by TV professionals. The investment advisors also provide personal details such as age, training, hobbies etc. as well as photos from their private lives. This enables affinity-based matching and gives the investor an advance impression of the investment advisor’s localities (building, offices, surroundings).
Does the investor remain anonymous?
Yes. There is no need for the user to register. Should he wish to contact an investment advisor, he can do so directly by telephone, fax, e-mail or post outside of the Internet portal. The investment advisors’ contact window also includes a function enabling the user to contact them securely and anonymously via the Internet (secure e-mail). The investment advisors assure the portal operator in writing that all information provided is truthful. Prior to activating a portrait, the portal operator also checks whether the investment advisor satisfies the admission requirements (see above).
Is it possible to compare investment advisors?
Yes. The portraits of the investment advisors (including client advisors, private banking advisors and asset managers) contain predefined fields (e.g. language skills), on the basis of which it is possible to perform searches enabling a comparison of several selected candidates in list form.
Do the investment advisors pay finder’s fees?
No. The portal operator receives a fixed annual fee from the investment advisors (including client advisors, private banking and or asset managers) and/or the companies for whom they work (banks and portfolio managers), but no commissions, kickbacks, incentives etc. for successful brokering, preferential placements, etc. The portal sees itself as a kind of lawyer for private investors and aims to achieve maximum possible transparency and comparability of the portraits and/or investment advisors.
